Roos Demol
CEO
Roos has been working with Asylum Seekers and Refugees since 2014. The founding member of International Community Dynamics, Roos has created several integration initiatives within the Irish community as well as supporting victims of war both in Ireland and abroad. With expertise in intercultural dialogue, Roos is a renowned authority on migration in Ireland.
Kerry McCarthy
Head of Operations
Kerry has been working with refugees and asylum seekers since 2019. She initially worked on refugee camps in Greece providing education and managing educational programmes. Now working as Head of Operations, she hopes to utilise her experience and passion to aid refugees and asylum seekers in Ireland get the support they need by connecting them to resources and opportunities, as well as boosting the Windows4Opportunity project.

Executive Recruitment Mgr
Mamy supports the personal development of our candidates whilst overseeing nationwide recruitment administration. Identifying the individual needs of our candidates, Mamy links people to our partner organisations and employers. We proudly support a personal, one on one and holistic approach to the development of our candidate needs.

Regional Recruitment Mgr
Admire looks after our Connaught branch by supporting development, recruitment, and administration in the west of Ireland.
Andy
I.T.
Andy is the IT Support Engineer for Recruit Refugees Ireland. From candidate profiles to our jobs board, Andy will ensure we're running as smoothly as possible to ensure you get the best experience possible from our services. Andy plays a pivotal role in Windows 4 Opportunity, Providing Technical Support, sourcing, and Benchmarking devices so applicants from our laptop fundraiser can be guaranteed a device suited to their needs.
John Lannon

Through our work at Doras we know how difficult it is for someone in direct provision to access training and education and to prepare for entry into the labour market. A laptop can make a huge difference to anyone struggling to overcome the barriers, and can provide a means for them to participate in a programme of study that would otherwise be impossible. We’re delighted therefore to be a partner with RRI on the Windows 4 Opportunity initiative, and to see the success of the programme to date.
