Castletroy Golf Club, Limerick, is hiring for outdoor maintenance of the golf course.

Requirements:

• Candidates with a background in horticulture, landscaping, farming, etc., will have an advantage.
• Candidate should be:
  – willing to learn and progress
  – have proof of having completed driver test or training (from own country is acceptable)
  – have good grasp of English language

Duties:

• Working outdoors
• Maintaining various aspects of the golf course (training provided)

Details:

• 3 month probationary period, after which the candidate will be reviewed for a full time position
• Working week is Monday-Friday, 6.30am-2.30pm, (summertime) 8.00am-4.30pm (winter), all dictated by daylight hours.
• Paid overtime hours for Saturday/Sunday as per arrangements with employer.
• Wage: 10.50 Euro/hour (probationary rate).
  – There will be a pay rate review if candidate is successful for full time position starting from the 4th month
